Caryl G. Fuller is a native of Springfiled, Virginia. She began her property management career in 1989 at Springfield Mall, a super-regional retail center, expanded her knowledge at Mazza Gallerie, a high-end fashion center, and later gained experience working with Class A office and Class B industrial flex products in the fast paced Washington, DC market.

Caryl joined Mikels & Jones Properties in 2003 becoming part of a sales, leasing and management team with deep roots in the Raleigh Community. As Vice President/Property Manager, Caryl is responsible for a portfolio that currently consists of over 900,000 square feet of office, industrial, retail, and residential space; notably including historic properties such as The Briggs Hardware Building in the heart of Downtown Raleigh and The Creamery located in the dynamic Glenwood South district. She works diligently to provide quality service within all aspects of the tenant/landlord relationship.
Caryl actively participates in the mission and ministries of Church of the Good Shepherd Episcopal Church including serving on its Vestry as Registrar, on the Finance Committee, and also as Chairman of the Altar Guild. In addition, she enjoys being involved in service and charitable organizations including the DAR (Cashwell-Nash Chapter), Shepherd’s Table Soup Kitchen, Triangle Flight of Honor, and the Duke Raleigh Hospital Guild.
